Talia Monet is a strict disciplinarian who is hired by Bart's wife to punish him on a weekly basis. Ms Monet has a list of Bart's bad deeds over the past week and she is going to punish Bart for each of his mistakes. She starts out by giving Bart some OTK as she verbally chastises him about his childish behavior
